I would like to express my opinion on my hospitalization experience at Sreechand Hospital Kannur and the treatment they provided. Due to heartburn and acid reflux, I had a consultation with Dr. Samesh Padman, a senior gastro surgeon at this hospital. After an endoscopic examination at another hospital, it was determined that I have a grade 4 hiatus hernia, and fundoplication is the recommended procedure. Dr. Samesh Padman was given a date for surgery in a short while and underwent fundoplication and umbilical hernia surgery together in laparoscopic method at the same time. During my pre- and post-hospitalization experience at this hospital, I found the services provided for doctor care, nursing care, and housekeeping to be exceptional. Dr. Samesh Padman is a simple person who is approachable and attentive to his patients' needs. I asked him all my questions and concerns about these conditions and procedures, and he thoroughly explained everything before the surgery. Even after being discharged, the doctor continued to offer me support over the phone and checked in with me to check my progress, which was very much appreciated! Thank you, Doctor, for all your timely advice and support. I am now feeling fine without any heartburn or acid reflux. I want to express my gratitude to the extended hospital team and wish you all the best!
