We are looking for an MRD executive for our MRD Department. Experience: 1-2 years in Hospital MRD. Qualification: B.Sc -Medical Records/Health Information Management/ other relevant course. Location: Kannur Salary: 15000 to 25000 per month. Key Responsibilities: Medical Records Management: Collect, organize, and maintain patient medical records, ensuring completeness and accuracy. File medical records in a systematic manner to facilitate easy retrieval. Update patient records with new information as it becomes available. Data Entry and Documentation: Enter patient information into the hospital’s electronic medical records (EMR) system. Ensure all medical records are accurately documented and up-to-date. Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure all medical records are maintained in compliance with hospital policies, local, and national regulations. Safeguard the confidentiality and security of patient information. Data Retrieval and Reporting: Retrieve patient records for healthcare providers and administrative staff as requested. Prepare and provide reports and data summaries for hospital administration and regulatory bodies. Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in patient records. Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate recording of patient information. Communicate effectively with medical staff, administrative personnel, and external agencies as needed. Training and Supervision: Train and supervise junior staff or interns in the MRD. Ensure adherence to best practices and hospital protocols in records management. Technology Utilization: Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems and other medical records software proficiently.
