We are looking for a talented and skilled Nurse Educator for our Hospital. Qualification : B.Sc/M.Sc/ GNM Expereince : Min 1 year as educator. Job Summary: The Nurse Educator is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff and students within the hospital. This role involves developing curricula, conducting training sessions, and ensuring that nursing practices meet current standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Educational Program Development: Design and develop nursing education curricula and training programs based on current best practices and healthcare standards. Collaborate with medical staff and administrative personnel to identify educational needs and objectives. Training and Instruction: Conduct orientation sessions for new nursing staff. Facilitate continuing education programs and in-service training sessions. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, hands-on training, and simulation exercises. Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to nursing staff and students. Evaluate clinical performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of patient care. Evaluation and Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of educational programs through feedback, performance metrics, and patient outcomes. Modify and update training programs based on evaluation results and evolving healthcare standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all educational programs comply with local and national nursing regulations and standards. Keep abreast of changes in nursing practices and healthcare regulations. Research and Development: Engage in research activities to improve nursing education and practice. Publish findings in professional journals and present at conferences. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance evaluations. Prepare reports and documentation as required by hospital administration and regulatory bodies. Qualifications: Education: Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
