Following are the details of the job
Experience: 3-5 years in admin
Qualification: Any graduate
Skill: Excellent communication and management skills, Well groomed.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
Communication Management:
Handle all incoming and outgoing communications for the CEO, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Screen and prioritize communications, ensuring the CEO is informed of important messages and deadlines.
Meeting Coordination:
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including board meetings, executive team meetings, and other key appointments.
Take detailed minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties in a timely manner.
Document Management:
Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
Travel and Event Planning:
Arrange travel logistics for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Plan and coordinate events and conferences, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Ensure all communications and documents are managed in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Liaison and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other hospital staff, stakeholders, and external parties.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure the CEO’s directives and requests are executed efficiently.
Project Assistance:
Assist with special projects as directed by the CEO, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
Monitor progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and projects.
Administrative Efficiency:
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
